 Dr. Mazloumian received his primary education at the Nubarian Armenian School and graduated from St. George English language school. In 1987 he got his M.B., B. Ch. Degree from Ain Shams Medical University, followed by Master’s Degree in Internal Medicine and GIT in 1992. Dr. Mazloumian has been in medical practice since 1987 in state hospitals and his private clinic. He is also a board member of “Houssaper” Armenian cultural association, as well as a member of the Armenian Cairo Diocesan council. In 2002, after participating in the 1st Armenian medical conference in Yerevan, he became one of four committee members responsible for the upgrading, modernizing and inaugurating Mary Nubar Children Eye Care hospital in Yerevan (2004-2005). The hospital was launched under the patronage of the Embassy of Armenia in Egypt and Mrs. Nany Oskanian, wife of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia. Since 2000, Dr. Mazloumian participated in the 1st and 2nd Armenia-Diaspora and several other conferences and activities held in Armenia. Believing in friendship and mutual cooperation between Egyptians and Armenians, Dr. Mazloumian organizes a series of lectures at the “Houssaper” Cultural Association, with the participation of prominent Egyptian and Armenian personalities, addressing both the Egyptian and Armenian public on various topics related to Egypt and Armenia, their cultures and people.
